Ceramicore experience Review

Ceramicore tiles would be better than pans with Teflon coating, you have no oil or butter needed, they are easy to clean and there are no toxic substances are released. But these pans are really pleasant to work?


Increasingly you hear that the non-stick pans with Teflon coating bad for your health. Alternatives to these pans, you'll see increasingly pass, but these pans also work fine? Not long ago I saw the advertising in the telsell CeramiCore, a pan with a ceramic layer. This advertising saw the pan of course great but is this really the case?


Teflon:
Many cookware uses Teflon layer to prevent sticking.
However, many have already experienced that this layer eventually wears away and damaged, this causes the food still sticking to the pans. It is also shown that the ingestion of teflon is very bad for your health, Teflon contains the substance PFOA, which can cause health problems when heated. Not such a good idea to do daily meals to prepare.

Ceramic tiles:
Because the Core Cerami advertising was still very curious about me, I still go and "Googling" on the ceramic tiles and I have some movies on Youtube views. Soon I discovered that there are many brands of comparable ceramic tiles for sale. And ... soon I walked in the store at a pan with a ceramic layer. Time to get this "green" pan even give it a spin!

How to bake the ceramic pan:
The ceramic pot has a nice smooth (in my case white) ceramic layer.
The baking is very simple and you have promised, no butter or oil for frying.
This allows you to lean and yet tasty meals ready. Because the pan has a smooth surface glides easily through the food around the pan.

Even frying an egg can do with the pan without using oil or butter, the egg does not stick to the ceramic layer. The food is uniformly hot, this is not slower than (Teflon) pans that I used previously.

The cleaning of the ceramic pot:
The cleaning of a pan can be a very tedious karwijtje, especially when encrusted food residue in the pan is very difficult to sit the pan pretty clean.

But with this ceramic pot is a lot easier. Because the food does not stick to the pan, wipe the pan with a damp cloth so clean again. There remains a stain sit then hold the pan just under the tap and wipe with a sponge the colored side of the pan so clean again.

This is so easy and fast that you quickly get the urge to immediately clean the pans after cooking the meal. The pan looks beautiful again shiny.

Benefits of a ceramic pot:

    Can easily be heated to 450 degrees.
    There are no toxic substances are released.
    The pan is provided with a smooth surface so that no oil or butter, is required.
    The pan is easy to clean.
    The production of this pot is less harmful to the environment.
    Suitable for all heat sources such as gas, electric and induction.

Disadvantages of a ceramic pot:

    Ceramics splitting.
    The pan has cooled.

Conclusion:
I have already made a few different meals in the ceramic pot. For example, I include (stir fry), vegetables, potatoes, meat, eggs, chicken and fish cooked in the pan, and everything is so far just done it without oil or butter (of course you have just butter or oil if you use this finer / like them). After a few days even though I was so convinced of this pan that I have purchased several and my old "Teflon pans" out the door did. I can highly recommend this pan.
